1. Refund Policy

2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The client must have made a payment for our Amazon FBA services.
- The client must have requested a refund within 30 days of the initial payment.
- The client must not have used any of our services during the 30-day period.
3. Refund Process
If a client is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the initial payment.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees associated with our Amazon FBA services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Amazon fees
- Shipping and handling fees
- Taxes
