At Delta E-com Solution, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible Amazon FBA services. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may necessitate a refund. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair and reasonable solution for all parties involved.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The client must have made a payment for our Amazon FBA services.
  • The client must have requested a refund within 30 days of the initial payment.
  • The client must not have used any of our services during the 30-day period.

3. Refund Process

If a client is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the initial payment.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees associated with our Amazon FBA services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon fees
  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Taxes
